Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, our Denver-based customer service team will email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Return shipping address (2359 McKinley Avenue, Denver, CO 80202)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Prepare your return following these guidelines:
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Securely package items to prevent damage during transit
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
For Refunds:
- Processing begins immediately upon receipt of your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For Exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Shipping charges may apply for size/color exchanges
- For exchanges to higher-value items, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain tournament-quality standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Used golf balls (opened packages or individually used balls)
- Customized golf clubs (including engraved or specially fitted clubs)
- Opened accessory packages (gloves, tees, ball markers)
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect expedited processing for your replacement
International Returns (Outside U.S.)
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Allow extra time for international shipping processing
- Refunds will be issued in USD
